Sykes Finland Oy, Turku, Finland, is looking for Danish Technical IT-Support to Dell Help Desk. We are looking for IT support personnel to our Danish Help Desk team. Starting date: 22.04.2014 or as soon as possible. Length of the employment: permanent. Salary: according to the Finnish Collective Agreement. In technical IT support job you give support via phone and e-mail to Danish business customers on DELL computers. Our office is located in Turku Finland. You can be the one we are searching for if you recognize yourself from the following: - You can fluently communicate with Danish speaking customers. This requires native level communication skills in Danish language. - You have IT-related education and/or strong experience on IT field - You have good knowledge on hardware - You like troubleshooting, solving problems and helping others - We also require good English language skills.
